Nordlicht Kundenportal

Nordlicht Kundenportal can be added to your smartphone or tablet like an app – no app store, no download. Afterwards you open the portal with one tap on the icon.

🤖 Android

Open this page in Chrome (or Samsung Internet).
Tap “Install now”. No button? Open the menu ⋮ at the top right and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
Confirm – the icon is now on your home screen.

📱 iPhone & iPad

Open this page in Safari.
Tap the share icon (iPhone: at the bottom, iPad: top right).
Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Tap “Add” at the top right.

💻 On a computer

Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera – the instructions will open right there. On a PC you can also install the portal as an app in Chrome or Edge using the install icon in the address bar.

Afterwards

Open the app via the new icon and sign in once. Tick “Keep me signed in” – you will stay signed in and won't have to enter your password every time.

Continue to sign in
